The coach sends the ball with a foot into the left and the right goal corners on air at medium height and speed, while the goalkeeper's partners don't prevent the ball from moving into the net.

The goalkeeper catches or blocks the ball (fig. 2).

In one of chaotic task repeats the goalkeeper's partner suddenly reflects the ball, sent by the coach into the corner of the goal, with a hand or hands so that it ricocheted to the opposite corner of the goal with a rebound off the pitch surface.

Technical tips

– the coach should

send the ball on air

to the goal corners

precisely;

– on course of

actions on catching

or blocking the ball

sent by the coach

the goalkeeper should be ready for

possible ball ricochet;

– if the goalkeeper's

partner decided not

to change the

direction of the

ball sent by the

coach, he should

reduce the visibility for the

goalkeeper to the

greatest extent;

– in case the

goalkeeper's

partner decided to

change the direction the ball

sent by the coach,

he should do it

surprisingly for the

goalkeeper;

Task 2 continuation Having started actions for catching or blocking the ball sent by the coach, the goalkeeper catches or blocks the ball, reflected by the partner, when caught wrong-footed (fig. 3).
